WHAT PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOMISATION?
Our best-selling Colster® Insulated Can Cooler (375ml), Rambler® 26oz (760 ML) Bottle with Chug Cap, Rambler® 36oz (1065 ML) Bottle with Chug Cap, Rambler® 18oz (532ML) Bottle with Chug Cap, Rambler® 18oz (532ML) Straw Bottle, are the only YETI ANZ product available for customisation. Any product that is customisable will have our customiser option available at the collection page and product page view. For Business orders, please contact our corporate sales program. We’re able to customize a wide range of drinkware and selected hard cooler products. Minimum quantities may apply. Please view our corporate sales page for further information.
WHAT PROCESS IS USED ON CUSTOMISATION?
We use a laser-marking technique that creates a permanent finish on the exterior of your Rambler® Drinkware. That means as long as your customized YETI is in one piece, so is your customization. This process creates the most premium, durable finish, which won’t crack or peel off over time. It will also keep your five-year warranty intact and ensures a quality customisation process. Please note any customization done to your product outside of YETI will void warranty.
HOW LONG DOES CUSTOMISATION TAKE?
Our production timeline shifts daily depending on overall order volume. We process all orders on a first-come-first-serve basis, and we promise we are working as hard as we can to get your order in your hands as quickly as possible. Once your custom order is in we aim to have your order dispatched within 7-10 working days. Processing times may vary during busy periods.
CAN I EDIT MY CUSTOM ORDER?
We are unable to edit orders after they are placed. Please ensure you’ve carefully reviewing your order prior to checking out.
WHY WAS MY CUSTOM ORDER CANCELLED?
YETI reserves the right to cancel any orders that contain text that is offensive, political, or subject to copyright protection. Orders that are cancelled will be refunded within 5-7 days.
