OUR SHIPPING POLICY

We want to get you your YETI® as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put your Tundra®, Roadie®, TANK® Hopper™, or Rambler™ to good use sooner.

Please note, unfortunately we are unable to amend, add to, or cancel an order once it has been placed, as your order goes direct to the warehouse for picking.

All parcels we send out use track and trace facilities, and does not require a signature on delivery by default. It is important to consider that if you give us authority to leave the consignment in your absence, we can no longer guarantee that you will receive your consignment, nor the other factors that can affect your parcel whilst it is sitting unattended - like rain, heat, dirt, damage, etc. In this situation, we can only guarantee delivery and quality up to the point that the track and trace tells us the goods were left for you.

YETI offers free shipping on orders $75 and up in Australia. All orders under $75 will be charged a flat $10.00 fee.

OUR RETURN POLICY

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your YETI products as we are. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a refund less the return shipping fee of $15.00, providing it is unused and in its original packaging.

Ins and Outs of the YETI Return Policy:

Refunds will be returned only to the original form of payment. YETI does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products.

You can return your item(s) purchased from au.YETI.com up to 30 days after the purchase date for a refund less the return shipping fee of $15.00. YETI does not accept returns on items purchased outside of au.YETI.com. For exchanges, please return your item(s) and replace an order for the correct item. All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging. Please refer to our Returns Portal to process items you wish to return. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. 

We do not offer refunds on gift card purchases. 

SHIPPING TIMES

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Truganina, Victoria. Shipping will be with either StarTrack or Australia Post, depending on the size of your order and delivery location. This will be indicated when you receive your shipping and tracking notification from us. Transit times for both carriers can be calculated here:
