OUR SHIPPING POLICY
We want to get you your YETI® as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put your Tundra®, Roadie®, TANK® Hopper™, or Rambler™ to good use sooner.
Please note, unfortunately we are unable to amend, add to, or cancel an order once it has been placed, as your order goes direct to the warehouse for picking.
All parcels we send out use track and trace facilities and require a signature on delivery by default. If you would prefer for the delivery person to leave the parcel for you in your absence, please just put an authority to leave note (and your preferred location for your order to be left) in the authority to leave parcel section during the checkout process. It is important to consider that if you give us authority to leave the consignment in your absence, we can no longer guarantee that you will receive your consignment, nor the other factors that can affect your parcel whilst it is sitting unattended - like rain, heat, dirt, damage, etc. In this situation, we can only guarantee delivery and quality up to the point that the track and trace tells us the goods were left for you.
YETI offers free shipping on orders $75 and up in Australia. All orders under $75 will be charged a flat $10.00 fee.
OUR RETURN POLICY
We want to be sure you’re as happy with your YETI products as we are. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days, providing it is unused and in its original packaging. For products purchased directly from an authorised dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.

Refunds will be returned only to the original form of payment. YETI does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products.
You can return your item(s) purchased from YETI.com.au up to 30 days after the purchase date for a full refund. YETI does not accept returns on items purchased outside of YETI.com.au. For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and replace an order for the correct item. Exchanges for items purchased outside of YETI.com.au will not be accepted. All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging. Use a shipper of your choice to return your items. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Epping, Victoria. We are currently experiencing delays due to COVID-19. Your order might take a little longer than usual, however, rest assured, we’re working behind the scenes to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible.
Shipping will be with either StarTrack or Australia Post, depending on the size of your order and delivery location. This will be indicated when you receive your shipping and tracking notification from us. Transit times for both carriers can be calculated here:
