GENERAL QUESTIONS

Do you offer Corporate Pricing?

Exclusive Corporate Pricing is available for Drinkware orders above 50 units per product, and 10 units per product for all remaining categories. Pricing is determined by order quantity. Orders below these volumes will be as per rrp.

Is there a minimum order quantity for Corporate Orders?

Yes, the minimum order quantity for drinkware is 20 units per product and logo. For all other categories the minimum order quantity is 10 units per product.

Do you offer samples?

We provide pre-production digital proofs for all custom orders placed. Production does not commence until the artwork approval has been approved and payment has been received. Physical product samples excluding customisation can be arranged at rrp.

Which products are available for customisation?

YETI Australia’s Corporate Sales Program includes customisation options for both the drinkware and hard cooler categories.

Can you ship to multiple addresses?

We offer delivery to one domestic location for each order, we are unable to deliver to PO Box locations. Please note large volume orders will be shipped on a pallet delivery via our selected freight provider. Our freight provider can deliver to ground floor locations however cannot access locations above ground floor. Additional charges applicable for multi-location deliveries.

Can I cancel, make changes to, or return my order?

Once an order has been produced, we are unable to make any changes. We apologise but we are unable to return customised product.  

Can I submit a PO?

All orders are subject to our Corporate Purchasing Terms and Conditions

DRINKWARE

What are the minimum order requirements for custom drinkware?

The minimum order quantity to qualify for YETI’s Corporate program is 20 units per product and logo, this can be an assortment of colours. Exclusive Corporate pricing commences at 50 units.

Do you charge a set-up fee for custom drinkware?

We do not charge a set-up fee for custom drinkware. For current pricing for your project please submit an order request.

What is the production time for custom drinkware?

Typical production times are two to three weeks after your order has been confirmed, this includes artwork approved and receipt of payment. Production times may vary depending on product availability and seasonal demand. In the event your order is required for a specific date please reach out to our Corporate Sales Team.

Do you need my custom drinkware logo in a particular format?

Please ensure your drinkware logo is a high resolution png, gif, .svg or .jpg file. 

Can my logo be printed in colour?

Our Custom Program includes a high-grade laser marking method which removes the DuraCoat to reveal the logo on the underlying stainless steel. With this process we cannot provide a coloured logo.

How does the drinkware come packaged?

All drinkware comes packaged in master pack quantities and does not include individual packaging. Please contact Corporate Sales for further information on packing configurations.

Can I purchase unmarked drinkware?

In line with our Corporate Sales ordering requirements, all drinkware must be custom marked with a logo.

 How do I submit an order for custom drinkware?

All Corporate Drinkware orders can be submitted by an exclusive Corporate Sales Portal. Please submit a request for access to the portal here.

 

HARD COOLERS

Is there a minimum order quantity for hard coolers?

There is a 10 units per product minimum for all custom and non-custom hard coolers.

Do you offer Corporate pricing on hard cooler orders?

Exclusive Corporate Pricing is available for hard coolers orders above 10 units per product, Pricing is determined by order quantity.

What is the lead time for hard coolers?

General lead times for Hard Cooler orders are two to four weeks, however lead times may vary depending on product availability and seasonal demand. Please contact our Corporate Sales team to discuss your enquiry further.

Does my logo need to be in a particular format?

Please send your artwork in a vector format. The recommended file types are an eps or ai. file, please remember to include the pms/pantone colours included in your logo.

Is there are artwork set up fee?

An artwork set up fee is applicable and is based on the total colours in the logo.

Where will my logo be applied?

A high-quality digital proof including your logo will be provided for approval.

Can I purchase unmarked hard coolers?

Unmarked Hard Coolers can be purchased through YETI’s Corporate Sales Program within the  minimum order requirements.

How will the coolers be shipped?

All coolers will come individually packaged in boxes. Orders will travel on a pallet delivery via our freight provider. Please note that our freight provider can only deliver to ground floor locations and cannot deliver above floor level.

SOFT COOLERS & OTHER PRODUCTS

Is customisation available on soft coolers or other products?

Customisation is exclusive to YETI’s drinkware and hard cooler categories, and not available to other products outside of these categories.

What are the minimum order requirements for soft coolers and other products?

The minimum order requirements for our soft coolers and other products are 10 units per product.

What is the lead time for soft coolers other products?

General lead times for Soft Coolers, Cargo and other products is two to four weeks. However, these lead times may vary depending on product availability and seasonal demand. Please discuss our current production time with a Corporate Sales Rep.
