LACEY’S KEY LIME PICANTE BORRACHO MULE

INGREDIENTS
60 ml Tequila
1/2 Key lime, juiced
Jalapeño, sliced
Ginger beer
Tajin® Clásico Seasoning
Lime wedge
Start with a good amount of ice in a Rambler® Cocktail Shaker. Take a few jalapeño slices, adjusting to your desired spice level (add in the seeds if you’re ready to get really spicy) and muddle with the ice to bring out all the flavors.
Next, add in the tequila and key lime juice. Give it a shake, and pour into a Tajin®-lined Rambler® Lowball with ice. Top with ginger beer and a lime wedge.

INGREDIENTS
60 ml Tequila blanco
30 ml Key lime juice
¼ cup Fresh watermelon
Soda water
Combine the watermelon in a blender with the tequila and key lime juice. Pour it into a Rambler® Tumbler over ice and top with a splash of soda water.

INGREDIENTS
30 ml Spiced rum
45 ml Vanilla rum
20 ml Key lime juice
15 ml Cream of coconut
20 ml Pineapple juice
15 ml Pina colada mix
¾ cup Ice
Garnish: crushed graham crackers, lime wedges, maraschino cherries. Throw everything together in a blender and hit blend. Prep your chilled glass by rubbing a lime around the rim before dipping it in crushed graham crackers crumbs. Pour into your Rambler® Lowball, top with crushed graham crackers, a lime wedge, and a maraschino cherry.
