OUR SHIPPING POLICY
We want to get you your YETI® as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put your Tundra®, Roadie®, TANK® Hopper™, or Rambler™ to good use sooner.
Please note, unfortunately we are unable to amend, add to, or cancel an order once it has been placed, as your order goes direct to the warehouse for picking. This includes applying a discount or refunding the difference after an order has been placed.
All parcels we send out use track and trace facilities, and does not require a signature on delivery by default. It is important to consider that if you give us authority to leave the consignment in your absence, we can no longer guarantee that you will receive your consignment, nor the other factors that can affect your parcel whilst it is sitting unattended - like rain, heat, dirt, damage, etc. In this situation, we can only guarantee delivery and quality up to the point that the track and trace tells us the goods were left for you.
YETI offers free shipping on orders $75 and up in Australia. All orders under $75 will be charged a flat $10.00 fee.

OUR RETURN POLICY
We want to be sure you’re as happy with your YETI products as we are. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a refund less the return shipping fee of $15.00, providing it is unused and in its original packaging. Please ensure to use the return label provided by YETI when sending your item back so our team are able to determine the arrival of your package.
Please note that customised items are not eligible for return.

Refunds will be returned only to the original form of payment. YETI does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products.
You can return your item(s) purchased from au.YETI.com up to 30 days after the purchase date for a refund less the return shipping fee of $15.00. YETI does not accept returns on items purchased outside of au.YETI.com. For exchanges, please return your item(s) and replace an order for the correct item. All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging. Please refer to our Returns Portal to process items you wish to return. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.
We do not offer refunds on gift card purchases.

We’re dedicated to making the most durable coolers and drinkware on the planet. But sometimes the unexpected happens. So if anything is wrong with your YETI product, we’ll work to make it right.
Any product(s) damaged in shipping (when ordered from YETI direct) or defective product(s) must be returned directly to YETI in the original box or adequate cardboard packaging, freight prepaid. All customers will be issued with a replacement as the resolution and if we no longer have the colour in stock, an Outfitter will be in touch to request which alternative colour you would like. We ask to allow 7-10 days for processing of your warranty claim. If your Warranty item is customised and we no longer have the colour in stock, in some cases our team may need to refund you for this item.

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR WARRANTY CLAIM
Submit a warranty claim by filling out our digital warranty form here. To prepare for the form please have the following ready to provide:
- Contact details
- Proof of purchase (If your item was a gift please have the original purchaser submit the warranty on your behalf as we require proof of purchase).
- Information on the issues you're experiencing
- If possible, any images or videos that will help demonstrate the fault.
A YETI Outfitter will then work with you to gather more information about your warranty issue. If covered under warranty, you will then be given a prepaid label to return your product.
Once the warranty item is sent back to our warehouse, a solution will be arranged.
LIMITED WARRANTY
We take pride in the products we make and warrant to the person who originally purchased the product (“you”) that all YETI products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for their applicable Warranty Period, subject to the below conditions.
In order for your warranty claim to be approved, the following conditions must be met:
- You must have purchased the product from us directly, or a YETI authorised dealer;
- You must provide proof of purchase
- The faulty item must be returned
- You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s care instructions
If a defect occurs as the result of the Product’s intended use according to the care instructions during the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective product or part. The warranty does not cover defects caused by third-party modifications, repairs, or replacement parts.
Punctures, scratches, dents, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use are not warranted. Any limited edition product still under warranty will be replaced at the discretion of YETI with the same size product in a different colour based on availability.
Stainless Steel products are rust and stain resistant, but as this is still a porous material, rust and stains can occur. This is not considered a fault with the product and is not covered under warranty.
If your warranty claim contains a customised item, we can confirm that the replacement will have the customisation included.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
This warranty does not include any manufacturer responsibility for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of YETI items. If warranty applies, the manufacturer will repair or replace, at their discretion, the item or any part or component that is deemed defective.
YETI reserves the right to change products and designs without incurring any obligations to incorporate such changes into already completed products, or those in the hands of dealers or consumers. Products repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes.
Damaged products must be returned directly to YETI, in the original box or adequate cardboard packaging, freight prepaid.
