GENERAL 

WHAT PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOMISATION?

Our best-selling Colster® Insulated Can Cooler (375ml), Rambler® 26oz (760 ML) Bottle with Chug Cap, Rambler® 36oz (1065 ML) Bottle with Chug CapRambler® 18oz (532 ML) Bottle with Chug CapRambler® 18oz Straw Bottle, are the only YETI ANZ product available for customisation. Any product that is customisable will have our customiser option available at the collection page and product page view.

For Business orders, please contact our Corporate Sales program. We’re able to customize a wide range of drinkware and selected hard cooler products. Minimum quantities may apply. Please view our corporate sales page for further information.

 

WHAT PROCESS IS USED ON CUSTOMISATION?

We use a laser-marking technique that creates a permanent finish on the exterior of your Rambler® Drinkware. That means as long as your customized YETI is in one piece, so is your customization. This process creates the most premium, durable finish, which won’t crack or peel off over time. It will also keep your five-year warranty intact and ensures a quality customisation process.

Please note any customization done to your product outside of YETI will void warranty.

 

HOW LONG DOES CUSTOMISATION TAKE?

Our production timeline shifts daily depending on overall order volume. We process all orders on a first-come-first-serve basis, and we promise we are working as hard as we can to get your order in your hands as quickly as possible. Once your custom order is in we aim to have your order dispatched within 7-10 working days.

Processing times may vary during busy periods.

 

CAN I EDIT MY CUSTOM ORDER?

We are unable to edit orders after they are placed. Please ensure you’ve carefully reviewing your order prior to checking out.

 

WHY WAS MY CUSTOM ORDER CANCELLED?

YETI reserves the right to cancel any orders that contain text that is offensive, political, emoji or subject to copyright protection. Orders that are cancelled will be refunded within 5-7 days.

 

IS COLOUR MARKING AN OPTION OR IS IT JUST ENGRAVING?

Laser engraving is the only option.

 

CAN I MARK BOTH SIDES OF THE RAMBLER?

Yes. For an additional fee of $5 per unit we can mark the back side with the same or a different design (e.g. logo on one side and a name on the other). You can mark the front of the product for a marking fee of $7 or both sides for $12. 

 

WHAT IS FORMAL MONOGRAMMING?

For three-letter monograms, YETI uses a formal monogram format. This means that the last initial will be displayed in the centre position. All you have to do is enter your initials as first, middle, last, and our systems will take care of the rest.

 

CAN I ADD MY NAME TO THE BACK OF A LICENSED YETI IMAGE?

Absolutely, for an additional $7 per unit you’re able to add your name, another graphic, or monogramming to the back of your YETI Colster® Insulated Can Cooler.

 

WILL YOU BE ADDING MORE IMAGES TO THE DESIGN GALLERIES?

We are consistently building new designs for our online galleries. The best way to stay informed of new images is by signing up to our database. You can sign up to our database here.

 

WILL YOU BE ADDING MORE PRODUCTS TO THE CUSTOMISATION LIST?

Absolutely! We recommend signing up to our database to be the first to know about any new products available to customise. You can sign up to our database here.

 

ORDERING 

HOW DO I ORDER A CUSTOM COLSTER® CAN COOLER?

You can view our customiser tool via the ‘customise’ button on the drinkware collection page or directly through the Colster® Can Cooler product page

 

WHAT ARE THE FEES ASSOCIATED WITH CUSTOMISATION?

There is a $7 marking fee for the front of the product for all monograms, text, or any of our design gallery images. If you would like to engrave the back of your Colster® Can Cooler theres an additional $5 fee added making the front and back fee a total of $12.

 

HOW MANY UNITS CAN I ORDER?

You can order up to 49 units per product.

CAN I SHIP CUSTOMISED PRODUCT INTERNATIONALLY?

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY ORDER WHEN I ORDER A CUSTOMISED PRODUCT AND A NON-CUSTOM PRODUCT?

If you place an order with non-custom products and your customised Colster® Can Cooler your order will be split into two. This will allow for your non-customised products to leave the warehouse quickly while our team work on customising your Colster® Can Cooler.  

PRODUCTION GUIDELINES

WHAT DOES "IN PRODUCTION" MEAN?

In production means our team has pulled your order into queue and will start producing it soon. Keep an eye on your email – we’ll send you a tracking notification once your order is ready to ship out.

 

HOW LONG DOES CUSTOMISATION TAKE? CAN I RUSH OR EXPEDITE MY ORDER?

Our production timeline shifts daily depending on overall order volume. We process all orders on a first-come-first-serve basis and we promise we are working as hard as we can to get your order in your hands as quickly as possible. We do not offer any rushed or expedited production. Once your custom order is reviewed and approved by our internal team, you will receive an email with an estimated ship window.
